· Only abstracts submitted by current students or those who graduated after May 13th, 2019, are eligible to be nominated for the award.
· After reviewing process the 5 highest-score student projects will be selected for the award.
· It is noteworthy that any published paper(s)/presented abstract(s) extracted from the submitted abstract(s) will be scored by the congress scientific committee and increase chances of being nominated for the award.
· The students are encouraged to submit any published paper(s)/presented abstract(s) extracted from their projects during the abstract submission.
· The submission of a scanned copy of the student card or a recommendation letter from their thesis supervisor is mandatory.
· The submission of brief curriculum vitae is advised.
