1)How to Reduce the Damaging Effects of PCOS on Fertility Through Diet and Herbs?
Summary Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome may be one of the most complex female health issues of our time. It is the most common endocrine disorder in women of reproductive age. PCOS is accompanied by a variety of different health issues, many of which directly impact fertility. Classic PCOS presents with obesity, polycystic ovaries (multiple ovarian cysts that look like a strand of pearls), elevated levels of androgens and absent or irregular menstrual cycles. Not all women who will go on to be diagnosed with PCOS will have these issues though.

2)The Evolution of the Human Diet
For several years I have studied how to help patients make certain lifestyle changes to prevent certain diseases and to enhance their fertility. The role of diet and nutrition is very important not only in helping couples conceive, but also in helping them achieve a healthy pregnancy and birth.

To help patients better understand how and what they should be eating, I have summarized the evolution of the human diet based on current established and speculative theories.

Approximately three million years ago, humans branched out from the other apes. But because they still lived in the jungle, they relied on vegetation as their primary food source. To survive in this vegetative jungle, humans, apes, horses, cows, and other plant-eating animals have relatively long intestines to facilitate thorough absorption of nutrients and calories from the plants. Since plants are low calorie and high fiber, they require a long time to digest and absorb, and the long intestines serve this purpose well. In contrast meat-eating animals, such as dogs and cats, have relatively short intestines. Because meat contains much more calories and high nutrients, it does not require a long time to digest.

3)How to Increase Your Egg Health in 90 Days?

In the past a common belief was that the only factor which determines ovarian and egg health was age. Based on new studies, we now know that this may not be true.

There are many factors that may impact the health of the ovaries and eggs including environmental factors, hormones in the diet, and stress just to name a few.

In addition having healthy fertility is based on many additional factors including…

  • Proper circulation
  • A healthy fertility cycle
  • Balanced hormones
  • and healthy eggs

4)How to Help Ovarian Cysts Naturally and Safely with Herbs and Supplements?

Ovarian cysts are fluid-filled growths in a woman’s ovaries. This may happen in just one or both of the ovaries. Usually ovarian cysts are harmless and often go away on their own. Sometimes though ovarian cysts can grow so much they rupture, or cause damage to the ovary. They may grow so much they cause displacement of the reproductive organs or twist themselves. Damage from a ruptured ovarian cyst may cause scar tissue build-up, and/or the formation of adhesion, attaching the ovary to other parts of the internal body.

5)Fertility Foods

Infertility affects about 7.3 million women and their partners in the U.S., according to the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. While couples can't control all of the causes of infertility, they can control their diet. And, diet and weight management have a significant impact on the ability to conceive
