In this
clinic, patients should first be visited by an andrologist (specialist in male
infertility). Then, if necessary, they will be referred to paraclinic for
diagnostic purposes.

testing including measuring Prolactin, Testosterone, LH, FSH hormones,…

Specialized testing including:
Semen
analysis according to the WHO latest manual (WHO 2010)
Further
testing of sperm function including Anti-Sperm Antibody (ASA) test, assessment
of sperm chromatin and DNA tests, such as Aniline Blue (AB), Toluidine Blue
(TB), Chromomycin A3 (CMA3)
After initial
diagnosis, one of the following methods may be applied in some patients for
sperm extraction and use of it in assisted reproductive technologies
(ART):

process of extracting sperm from the testicle in patients with
azoospermia

PESA: is a
technique used to determine sperm counts in the event of a possible blockage of
the vas deferens

Electro
Ejaculation: is a
procedure used to obtain semen samples in patients with spinal cord
injury
4- Vibrator: for
providing a semen sample in patients with erectile
dysfunction

Micro
TESE: is the operation for Sperm collection from the
testicle for use in microinjection in patients with azoospermia

Sperm
Freezing: is a method
for men to preserve their sperm and store it in a bank for future use. Many
medical treatments, including several cancer therapies, can damage sperm
quality, which is why you may choose to freeze your sperm before receiving the
medical treatment.
