1. Completing the following forms: thesis supervisor, thesis advisor, submission and approval of the dissertation title, request for a permission of working with laboratory animals to the address ssu.ac.ir, School of Medicine to Abbasshahedi1355@gmail.com

2. E-mailing the final file of the proposal in pdf format to the postgraduate expert one week before the date of defense. E-mail address: kobra.sahami@gmail.com

3. Holding the defense session at this link: http://www.SKyroom.online/ch/med1354/postgraduate1 and submitting the pdf PowerPoint to be presented in the meeting of the Graduate Education Council.

4. Registration of the proposal in the research system: at ssu.ac.ir (Vice Chancellor for Technology Research of the University-Registration of research information)
