Goals

Goals 
General Goals:   

-Establishment of structure and system of continuous evaluation in schools and departments  
-Monitoring the performance of the faculty evaluation system  
-Preparation of evaluation forms appropriate to the educational activities of the faculties in cooperation with the faculty evaluation committee  
-Scientific analysis of faculty members' evaluation results  
-Reflect the extracted evaluation results to the competent authorities if necessary
-Compilation and revision of job descriptions of faculty members by departments
-Feasibility study for faculty members to be evaluated electronically by all commenting sources (student, vice chancellor, department manager, faculty colleague, staff and self-assessment)
 
 Short-term Objectives:
 
-Modifying and reviewing survey forms of students, vice chancellors, department heads, faculty members, staff and self-assessment by faculties
-Forming an evaluation committee and compiling evaluation indicators in different areas of the educational process
-Establishing the evaluation system of faculty members in the current processes of universities and colleges
-Use of faculty members evaluation software to perform electronic evaluation
-Fixing the shortcomings and problems of faculty members evaluation software
-Performing the evaluation of the educational quality of the faculty members electronically by the term students
-Preparation of pamphlets to acquaint professors and students with the unit and evaluation processes
-Continuous communication with the officials of the faculty evaluation committee
-Designing a database on the results of faculty members' evaluation
-Collaboration with faculty evaluation committees to activate evaluation processes as much as possible
 
Medium-term Objectives
 
 
-Analysis of data obtained from various Haley evaluations and recording the results in the evaluation database
-Providing comprehensive reports on an ongoing basis based on the results of evaluations and sending them to stakeholders
-Organizing and preparing the necessary preparations for the evaluation of all teachers/instructors/professors by group managers, colleagues, educational assistants, and self-assessment manually or electronically annually
-Organizing and preparing the necessary preparations for the evaluation of clinical professors manually or electronically by clinical assistants on an annual basis
-Organizing and preparing the necessary preparations for the evaluation of clinical professors manually or electronically by clinical students in 2010 continuously
-Development, documentation, information and promotion of faculty members evaluation processes (clinical student, assistant, department/ward manager, educational assistant, colleague, self-assessment, and personnel manually) 
 Continuous updating and updating of the database of faculty members regarding the results of their evaluation
-Reviewing the evaluation methods of faculty members in other universities and preparing a list of expectations from the evaluation software
-Launching and installing comprehensive faculty evaluation software and its continuous improvement
 
-Development of faculty evaluation manual
-Review and analysis of web-based evaluation results in comparison with paper method (research project)
-Designing evaluation checklists for educational administrators (including: group manager, vice chancellor of the university, faculty and hospital)
-Compilation and revision of job descriptions of faculty members by departments
-Introducing more students and faculty members to the objectives of evaluation and how to draw conclusions from it in promoting education
 
Long-Term Goals:

-Reviewing faculty members' evaluation methods (review of global models and design of indigenous models)
-Preparing periodic reports on the results of faculty members' evaluation and sending them to the relevant units
-Comprehensive evaluation of faculty members in all areas of their activities (educational, research, service and medical)
